AE Connect (“we”, “us”) runs human-led B2B outreach for business clients. AE Connect is a brand of AE Business Hub (Registration No. 202403302016), Malaysia. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website, www.aeconnect.biz. For any privacy question or request, email us at hello@aeconnect.biz.

Information you give us. When you book a consultation or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company and anything you tell us about your market and goals.

Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It does not use cookies and reports only aggregated, anonymous statistics.

Visitor identification. We use Instantly’s website-visitor tool, which may use cookies or similar technologies and your IP address to identify the company you visit from and, where available, business contact information associated with your visit (for example your name, job title and work email).

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to deliver the site.

• To respond to your enquiry and run the consultation you booked.
• To understand which businesses are interested in our services, and to contact them about how we could help.
• To measure and improve the website.
• To keep the website secure and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Vercel: website hosting and analytics.
• Instantly: website-visitor identification and outreach.
• SimplyMeet: consultation booking (when you use our booking page).
• Our email provider: when you write to us.

These providers may store data outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we rely on them to protect it to a standard comparable to the one described in this policy.

Our own website does not need cookies to work, and Vercel Web Analytics is cookie-free. The Instantly visitor-identification tool may set cookies or use similar technologies as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website will continue to work.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above: for example, enquiry and booking details for as long as we are in conversation with you or your company, and analytics data in aggregated form. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or out of date;
• stop contacting you about our services;
• delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
